I want to tag & re-Genre my audiobooks as podcasts so i can utilise the resume function, i have heard this is possibl but i cant seem to find the right software to do it. I am Using Tag&Rename at the moment but would like to find something that will change how the Zune Soft recognises the books, thanks guys

You can use Windows to do it.

Right Click>Properties, click the Summary Tab, Advanced, then in Genre type in "podcast".

That's the XP way anyway.

try this one it works good for me plus it lets you put the cd cover on the tag to http://www.mp3tag.de/en/

The only thing that I have that resembles an audiobook is a book on CDs. It's divided in chapters on the CDs.
