i cant get my stuff to work. every time i download it it says it cant find something andwont install. the screen pops up too quick to see what it is.... any help in downlaoding this?

he died. found him in the restroom of his home with a towel wrapped around his neck, tied to a door knob. no one knows exactly what had happened. he had gone out partying with a few friends one night, they came home wasted, 2 friends stayed over at his place, and in the morning they found him that way.
