The problem with my zune randomly crashing and not coming back on until plugged into a pc/laptop has escalated further today by crashing and upon being plugged into a pc, it just shows the empty battery symbol. its been on the same symbol for three hours now. i think its fucked. its in warranty so i think i shall send it back. cant even press any buttons to get an idea of the fault.....just ARRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! where will i keep my porn now i ask you, eh!!!!!

My sister in law lives in upstate new york, i have to send it to her first. Does anybody know the turn around time for a repair/replacement from zune?

the repair takes about two weeks, but you have to ship it back so i don't know how much time that adds on for you
