hey guys i opened my brothers zune yesterday and then i put it back together and it doesnt turn on. I plugged it in to a usb and the zune logo comes up and then it goes away, and it is constant. I can hear the harddrive power up and then just turns off and the screen turns black when the hard drive turns off. Im guessing its a hard drive problem. Also when i put the zune in my zune stereo it says "contact support" and has a "5" in the top left corner. What is the problem?

Did you abuse the circuit board while either taking it apart or putting it back together? Did you rid yourself of static electricity beforehand? During? Seems like a communication disruption between the circuit board and the play button to me, since you can power it up by plugging it in your stereo or USB.
