It's release is tomorrow in the states. I had pre-ordered it but due to my recent discovery of Battlefield: Bad Company I'm gonna pass on this and wait until the 24th.

I have never really understood the story.
Anyway, I have been playing Lost Planet: Colonies Edition. The new Akrid Hunter game mode is probably the best game mode I have ever played. I bought Lost Planet when it first came out last year, then May 27th of this year they re-released the game with a few new maps, game modes, new online characters, new guns for people and Vital Suits. Also able to play cross platform, with PC players. AND IT's ONLY $30 BUCKS!! It's a 360 platinum hits game. |

| My cousin got it today. He said that it was OK, but wasn't worth the hype. But what can you expect out of a PS3 game? |

I decided that I'm just gonna rent this one and beat the campaign because I didn't get much from the multiplayer beta. The campaign looks and sounds amazing though from what I've heard.

duknow not played online, but probaly as MGS campaing is the best game in history, so the online would have to be pretty fucking epic

The beta was a letdown. I've never been able to really get attached to a third person game quite like I could a first person. It just seems like with the whole set up, it's made for a stealth style campaign, which doesn't translate to fun online for me.

yeah i played it the other night, and the enjoyment is very much dependent on the level...
... but I'm not to bothered about it online, as the single player will keep me busy till mgs5 comes out.. and i can always just fire up CoD4 on my PC..

The beta had...
Gronzyj Yard = Shitty, too big.
Bloodbath = My favorite, good cqc and ffa.
Midtown Maelstrom = Didn't play much because it was released later.
