Hey everyone. I have just bought this Zune off ebay and the seller advertised it as faulty so if It doesnt work, I will bust it open to get the hdd anyway!

Before I bought it, I thought I would search around the net on how to fix the error he was describing and it seemed simple enough. I did the reset and the back+center key+play/pause and now ive got screen 3.

How long does it need and if I cant fix it, how do I open it? lol
