i wasn't happy with it tho;
-the screen randomly fucked up
-the software is dog shit
-its only 30gb
so I gave it to my brother and got an ipod |
I had a lot of the same problems you did, but apparently the place I bought mine no longer sells the 30gig and when I finally took mine back for an exchange I ended up getting the 80gig for the exact same price I paid for my 30. Needless to say the 80gig actually works a lot better then the 30, and the only time I've had any issue with it was during a lightening storm.
Although a unified software platform would be a nice change from the shitty Zune software. Seeing as if the software doesn't know what the song is, it'll gladly match it to something completely off the wall. |

Having it plugged in during a lightening storm won't do anything, but having it plugged in when lightening strikes the transformer outside your house can have an odd effect on electronics.  |
Yeah, my internet gateway got blazed during a lightning storm. Now it can't handle more than 25 connections at any time. |

the zune is fallin off SEVERELY and it pisses me off. I might switch teams to an ipod touch 32GB

i dont know how you guy see electronic devices. but i only get what i need or the product offer the most value over its price. ipod touch is nice, but 32GB just too much, i think. if it have a faster processor that able to do more complex tasks, then it would be fine. |

I just see the ipod touch/iphone as a waste of money in my opinion. To much crap that's unnecessary, especially when people were going about their daily lives without it. Now that this stupid thing comes into existance, it's like every gadget junkie NEEDS one and for no real reason. If you aren't some sort of corporate type, what's the fucking point of having the dumb thing?

well... Im the same way. I look at electronics by what i need and how it gets those needs accomplished...
HOWEVER
im getting one cuz im getting a 32G touch for 125 dollars...
wouldn you get one then? I'd be mentally retarded not to.
