I want to get into the A/V dock for the 30GB zune in order to use its components in my truck. However, I cannot figure out how to open it up, all that I'va managed to do is remove the faceplate. If anybody could provide me with instructions on how to disassemble the dock, I would be very thankful.

If you've got the face plate off alreaty then use a pair of pliers and put in open. I opened mine up to rewire it so I didn't need a sync cable to charge it.
