Zunescene's definition, modified.
1. Wireless Synching to PC/Xbox 360
2. Gapless playback / Cross Fading between each song (like iTunes)
3. Add another item in the main menu, "Applications", this is the place where you store and access all those little applications, such as calendars, alarm clock, calculator, notepad, etc... and of course, games
4. Be able to use the Zune hard drive as an external hard drive, so we can store other data, without the hack.
5. Support more video codecs, including MPEG-4, H.264, DivX, Xvid, etc.
6. Make Zune more customizable, e.g. be able to change the font type, size, and color. (maybe themes?)
7. Be able to adjust video Brightness and Contrast while playing movies
8. Add bookmark ability, great for "ZuneCast" or "ZCast". (Maybe even for Audible Books)
9. Add custom equalizer
10. Allow WiFi to access wireless networks (and internet, email)
11. Lossless Audio support
12. Allow the use of Windows Media Player
13. Edit songs on the Zune
14. Delete on the go
15. Being able to to manage categories/playlists for videos
16. Display Time/Date
17. Add a "Sleep/Timer" function (automatic shutdown)
18. Add easy catogorization for Photos/Images
19. Separate folder podcasts, or other non-music listening material
20. Video folders, I wanna separate my videos, like if I have a few videos from one site, then another few from another site, and I want them to be separated, at least be it an option
21. Lyrics support
22. Smart playlists (album of the day, highest rated songs, most listened to, etc)
23. Mac OS X compatibility (and also older Windows OS)
24. Ability to always choose the screen orientation (menus, pictures, video, etc...) (ability to rotate pictures)
25. Lock the device with a password in case it is stolen
26. Update the Zune software to not suck.
27. Intrduce a new battery into the market, maybe that nice fuel cell Microsoft has been developing.
28. Removing the 3/3 play rule and add video sending of ALL music/videos.
29. Give a downloadable firmware, or send it to rockbox to give a more open-source feel, or more customizations. _________________

| Picture rotation is a must. The Halo zune came with tons of pictures. Alot of which would make exellent backgrounds. Trouble is when you choose one and apply it as a background, it rotates and zooms in so all you have is the center of a picture that is not even oriented right. |

| How about a sleep timer, or a "shut off after this song (album, playlist)" option |

Share :how to convert dvd and video to zune
1. Free download Zune Video Converter + DVD to Zune Suite at http://www.oursdownload.com/Zune-Video-Converter,dvd-to-Zune,dvd-to-Zune-converter,Zune-converter.html , install and launch.
2. Click DVD to Zune Converter component, load your DVD by clicking 'Open DVD' button or choosing 'Open DVD' from 'File' drop down menu, choose the DVD ROM in your PC, it will take you to the DVD menu in the player screen.
3. Click the "Setting" and go to menu "Subtitle", Set Subtitle to what you like.
4. Click the "Setting" and go to menu "Audio Track", Set audiotrack to what you like. To 'Output Folder', Enter the full pathname or choose the path where you want to save your video files by clicking 'Output folder'. The default output format is WMV, which natively supported by Zune. You can also hit "Setting -> Output settings", select other output formats you like (MP4, H.264, WMV7/8/9, MP3, WMA, etc.)
5. The converter will automaticly detect the main movie of your DVDs, it will popup with below window to let you make a decision, just keep the setting of "Record from movie start point" and output file size setting, the default setting is the best for good quality and compact output file size, click "Yes" to start ripping DVD to Zune video files.
Tips: You can also just record any part of movie by drag the slide bar to where you want to start, and click the "Convert" button, please select "Record from current time point". This provide you with more flexibility.
6. Find the .wmv or .mp4 file that DVD to Zune converter created and add it into your Zune software library.
7. Load the .mp4 or .wmv files to Zune by clicking 'Sync contenct to and from your Zune'. Done!
