every time i sync my zune it delete randoms songs! i dont know why i have auto sync turned off and everything, wtf?!?

no, these are my mp3s. songs i have deleted off my computer are still there. it deleted 791 songs the first time, and every time i plug in, it kept syncing the same songs over and over too. i hadnt synced since. now i went to add some podcasts and it deleted another 18 random songs.

Have you moved the songs within the computer?

I had this problem because it couldn't find the songs in the same location as the first time.

i havent moved a thing. the fact that the songs are deleting randomly and shit is th emost bothersome. also some of my cds i have ripped have had 1 song here and there missing now. this is just pissing me off.

did you start clean with your songs or have the songs from the previous update (firmware 1) and let the update addthe songs itself... hope that question makes sense...

the new software found the songs automatically. they arent deleting from my computer, only from my device. should i set the software to forget my device and have it my computer not be the home for my device?

it keeps happening everytime i connect to the software it deletes files. 11 today in the matter of 30 seconds beforie i saw that it had started syncing agian.

thats strange... im not really sure what you could do. did you try takin the program completely off your computer and re installing it?

not yet, i was over on the official zune forums and im not th eonly peros who is having this sort of problem. shit, i cant even connect without it emptying my devic little by little. wow turn down the fail Microsoft.
