i use prism video converter, havnt tried any of the imtoo programs but prism has worked fine its in the switch package found here http://www.download.com/Switch/3000-2140_4-10327491.html?cdlpid=10790504
its very versitile and can change pretty much all video formats, any questions just msg me.

I downloaded the Zune suite and the keygen but the keygen does not detect the zune software and I cant get a key to work.
