doesn't come with anything but what you see...

like a OEM version of vista would be just that operating system... 1 time install no warranty...

but in hardware its just it doesnt come with cable, mounts, software, ect...

If you buy a OEM CPU or hard drive you JUST get the item and thats it.
You do not get any of the extra stuff you get in a retail package.

But this can be good with HD and DVD drives and things like that.
As for OS's I buy nothing but OEM Windows and have reinstalled them several times and have had no problems and you save a lot of money too.

I don't know but I have reinstalled my OS at least 4 times but i think its more how close there are installed like 3 times in a week might get flaged.

yeah i know it can only be installed on one computer... but i didnt know you could do it more than once thats good to know
