I've never had this problem before, but I'm using Firefox (My whole family uses IE) and we've just recently started getting popups. Whatta do about it?

Do you know if the popups are coded in Javascript? If they are you can always turn that off.
Some dubious people learned how to bypass these filters. Also, opening new pages as tabs helped out for me too, it just puts the popup in a new tab.

Yeah I've ran everything. Ad-Aware, McAfee, all kinds of generic stuff it's just no good.

Disabled Java and all is fine in the world. Thanks for being so knowledgeable.
