wow they need to rename these to earplugs that can be used to play music...
uncomfortable and whenever i move or walk around the noise of the cloth like cord is louder then the music itself...
50 dollar earphones...i just wonder what the developers were thinking
im close to buying those bose earphones
for those of you that currently use these "things" are you getting as annoyed with them?? |

I only got them because I had $100 Wal-Mart gift card to blow. They were different then expected. I wasn't expecting them to act like ear plugs but they grew on me.
I really liked the nylon braded wire (2 time they would have been torn apart but the brading saved them) the bag and magnets were nice too. I don't use them all the time though, I use a pare of $15 Philips ear buds as well.
I like them because they have a through air design so you can still hear around you well.
But I like the sound the Zune Premium headphones have and the fact that they isolate sound so well makes them good for tuning out of noise around you. The only thing I don't like about them is if I keep them in my ears for an extended amount of time (5-6 hours) they start itch but other then that they are comfortable to me.

I wasn't a big fan of the original ear buds, and needless to say I'm not a fan of the new ones either. They're just to uncomfortable to wear, especially since I use them at work.
The one's I actually like wearing are the Skullcandy Ear buds. Like Xmodgeed said, the idea of noise cancellation is great and these do those really well. Besides that they work a lot like the Philips ear buds he mentioned but aren't nearly as big, and they come with 3 different ear caps. So if you have narrow ear canals, they've included a set just for that.

I had those headphones too and I liked them but I always felt like the sound quality was low and it hurt my ears after about an hour. _________________

I love these things. They fit comfortably in my ears and the exterior probably would've been ripped like XModGeek's. _________________

I THINK he means the cloth exterior, either that or the way the wire is wrapped. _________________

Pff, more like the cloth wrap is genius. My wire probably would've been pinched a long time ago. _________________
