First of all hello to everyone, I am new here. :O

Anyways, I have tried the rapid repair guide but it doesn't go into much real detail on how to remove the back aluminum casing. Basically all it says is it's hard and don't break anything which isn't too helpful.

I'm wondering if anyone here has took apart their Zune 2 yet and if so can give me some good info on how to pry off the back piece. I have the tools from rapid repair and even tried posting on their forums but they don't seem to respond quickly if at all.

I have already removed the little part on top and took out the t4 screws.

Would be awesome if anyone could tell me how to do this, what tools you used and hell even maybe a picture.

I'd really appreciate it, thanks in advance.
