On my Zune screen has the message that says to "Open your PC, open the Zune software and restore the Zune device firmware." I do all of this and go to install the firmware and this code comes up telling me there isn't enough room on my Zune, even though I've only used up about 30GB of the 80GB available, yet i stil can't install the update. I also can't access anything on my device because its stuck on that screen.
I have tried everything I could think of, please help me!!!!
The Device Software is on Recovery Mode, and the update I'm trying to get is the 2.5 (1614).

what was your fw version and what fw you try to upgrade to? |
