If you have a hacked Xbox, I'm pretty sure you can find it through torrents. If you don't you'll have to wait until November like everyone else.

The actual update isn't out until November. So anyone talking about having it now basically has a modded 360 to run a ripped version of it. Don't want to mod your 360? Then you'll have to wait till November like Branhower said.

It won't be available until November if you're looking for normal download. If you're not modded, then you'll have to wait like the rest of us.
As for modding the 360, it's not really worth it unless you can mod it to not be a piece of shit after so long. I wouldn't normally say that, but I've replaced my 360 5 times and my PS3 0 times, having both of them for about the same amount of time. Goes to show that Sony is king, although the lack of good games makes it a sad little king.

Silver membership will allow you to download the update, but if you have a Netflix account, you can't link it to your Live account.
