I believe that the firefox icon is the coolest.

i dont like it simply becasue, just about evey person i know who 'knows about pcs' uses programs like that. when they are pointless, they use up ram only to be a little more intresting that regular icons.
im waiting for software that actualy mimics a real desktop, that yeah would take up ram but would be easier to manage than most desktops. also not a fan of icons these days either..

I really don't care about ram. Others might, but I don't. I have a high performance computer with dual-core CPU and 2 gigs of ram, i just need a new video card. I use around 500MB of ram when using my computer with only 35 processes running. I like a quick and clean machine.

i have 2 gb of ram....
its not that much 500mb running speed isnt gr8

What? I have 2048MB of ram, when my computer is on, Its using about 500 of that.

You said 500mb running speed when thats usage, not speed. and yea, it is great. 1/4 usage. How about you use punctuation in your replies.

That is a nice looking desktop, very clean cut.
I attempted to revamp my desktop with an Aqua dock, but I was lazy, so instead I just hid the taskbar and didn't bother to customize any of the icons on the dock lol!
