My zune wasnt showing up in the software (but was showing up on the computer) and so I uninstalled it and when I go to reinstall it it tells me to close all programs when I have no programs running. Help!

you still might have programs running in memory... just find them and end the process or restart your computer...

im not retarded, i already did that and the same error come up, heres the picture.

lol i know my programs werent closed when i took the screenshot, but it still shows that msg.

EDIT: Sorry for the hostility, I got it to work by restoring my computer back and doing the guest sync hack.

i think the reason it messed up is i disabled auto-sync i read online and this happened to other people after disabling auto-sync.
