Mac os on windows vista laptop.. Is there any way to install Mac os x on my laptop here are the specs; 2ghz via c7-m, 15.4 widescreen 1.5gb RAM, 80gb SATA hdd, I'm fed up with vista, I used to like it, then my laptoop ot a virus and died, got fixed, and its back to its old self, I h8 them darn viruses!

macs don't get viruses like windows... but they get a hell of a lot of soy ware...

they have a step by step guide on there... you just have to get all the stuff to do it and then have the time too

nope i would have to go with vista... considering as soon as i get my macbook pro (waiting till the new upgrade, laptops are next in line for one...) im putting vista on it... xp loses support soon in like a year i think, maybe 2 (i don't remember) vista will be fine and fully supported by all when it comes

Yeah, but by that time Vista would actually would be worth buying.

All the people I know that use Vista only complains about the glitches and slowdowns that they experience. Hopefully, all that will be ironed out by that time.

very true... but vista is a ram whore... if you have ram you really wont have performance problems if everything else is decent...

Yeah, my brother thinks having a gig of ram is enough for Vista, but that's the amount all my friends have.

i had a laptop a while ago and it had 1Gb... (actually like 842mb which is lame for a 1Gb stick) and it was using 60% all the time with no apps...

my other laptop with 2GB of ram was amazing and i never had a problem with it...

I saw an instructinoal video on this, and I think it's the one outrage is talking about...

I don't know, I'd rather just have vista on it rather than mac os x
