sync'ing from zune to pc

my pc crashed so i had to install everything again so when i connect my zune now it connects as a guest and i wanted to change that but wanted to keep my music. so im sync'ing all my music to my pc from my zune and it randomly stops while sync'ing or freezes up on some songs. is there any soultion to this?

Download Zsuite.
and disable the guest thing.

yea the hdd mod doesn't work either. certain songs just make it freeze up and then the file transfer just times out. the download link for zsuite is down. i seriously am about to lose all 18 gb of music because neither the zune software or the hdd mod are working.

yea so thanks a lot for the zsuite which does work but my zune still isn't working properly. here's some of the things going wrong: while i play songs it blacks out for a while, when i sync songs from my zune to my pc some songs won't sync at all and the software times out, also when i sync my zune to my pc the zune will eject itself automatically after like 3-4 minutes at the most which is another reason why i can't get the songs from it. so is there anything at all i can do? because ive done everything except format my zune and im really trying to avoid losing all the music.

yea i've tried everything i could think of, including formatting the zune and nothing works. everytime i sync music to the zune it stops or freezes up and then it stops sync'ing. it seems as if i can always sync around 40-50 songs but after that it starts to freeze up while sync'ing. i'm up for any ideas or anything cause this is ridiculous.
