What do you all use to convert .avi to .wmv to show them on your Zune?

I have a lot of .avi that shows natively on my Zen Vision M. I have software that converts it to .wmv files but it is slooooow. Basically converts in real-time. Anyone have something better?

yep its not working.. lol

I did a torrent download so i don't get the watermark on my stuff.

i can give it to u if u want.
the installation file is only 4.31MB plus i got the serial numbers.

Tnx for the offer, I downloaded it from a mirror site and tried it out with the watermark. It's pretty fast, which is what I'm looking for.
