ok this is my first video conversion and i decrypted it and i used a audiogordian software and jodix to convert it to mp4 but when i sync it to my zune it says file skipped and "zune software does not support the codec that was used to support this file" error code cood109b. can anyone help me with this please and thank you

I would use Windows Media Encoder to encode the files. Make sure to get the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack.
